Had a customer that needed an inspection - 3rd party opinion on the unit. She had a limited budget and a limited time frame. I was able to work with the budget just fine. But, the time crunch turned out to be a bit of an issue. Will not do that again and will ensure that any future inspections are able to be conducted without a time component attached to it.
